OOHHH MY GOD I hate people. There is a dude across the street (or somewhere) practicing both his shitty electric guitar and drums REALLY LOUD, and while I can understand his need for practice (see before re: shitty), it's so loud it's ECHOING BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS.

AND!! Our landlord decided to mow the lawn today, so I closed the window next to my head. Unfortunately, this kept me from realizing that he'd set up a sprinkler to spray DIRECTLY INTO ALL OUR OTHER OPEN WINDOWS. You know, being summer and all, in a building without a/c. Clearly, he didn't even LOOK or CARE. As a result, there was a giant standing puddle of water in the kitchen and on the hardwood floor in the dining room, and stuff on the front of the fridge was wet, and there was water pooled on the wooden dining room chairs and in the window sills (thankfully, there were no books there anymore), and the sofa was wet as well as the blanket & pillows on it, and oh yes, WATER ALL OVER MY FUCKING DESKTOP COMPUTER.

So, I grumped outside in my pjs and moved the fucking sprinkler, getting myself wet in the process, and I cleaned everything up, but STILL. PISSED OFF. And now I'm waiting for my computer to dry well off before I turn it on, and hopefully it's okay, but WHO FUCKING DOES THAT?

OK STOP THE INTERNET I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT: FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS IS AWESOME.


I know, I know. No, but really. I have been slowly working my way through the first season (I'm only up to ep 14 now, pls to not spoil me!), but HOLY CROW, this show is so phenomenal. I mean, not that I didn't believe you guys, I just... it's almost impossible to believe it's this good and every single person on the internet isn't watching it. It makes me cry and/or makes my chest ache with pride or glee every.single.episode.

Also, these boys are ridiculous, I'm serious. WALL-TO-WALL PUPPIES OMFG. Coach Taylor and Jason Street and Tim Riggins and Matt Saracen and Landry Clarke and even Billy Riggins and Smash Williams: PUPPIES!! Angst and man-pain and secret yearning and nobility under pressure and just... UGH. I want to just squish them and love them and feed them cookies! It's insaaaaane how much I love them all!



ALSO: While I still have absolutely zero interest in Taylor Kitsch, Tim Riggins is TOO MUCH. Like I cannot even handle him. He's UNREAL.
